Hiring rules
- The caravan will be delivered to and set up on your chosen destination.
- You are to book and pay for your camping site seperate to this van booking and notify us of booking details (address and site location)
- The awning cannot and will not be used during your stay. It will not be set up upon your arrival and must stay down during your complete stay
- Toilet MUST be emptied regularly and MUST be empty before we collect the caravan after your stay
- Caravan must be clean prior to you leaving and left the same way it was set for you before your stay
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
