VanDan is our legacy caravan that allows us to create new & lasting family holiday memories & we would love to offer you a chance to do the same. VanDan includes the following complementary extras… Fully equipped kitchen Basic pantry Board Games Plenty of storage Towels & Beach Towels Washing wipes, clothesline & basket Water storage First Aid Kit On completion of your family adventure we ask that you return VanDan to us as clean, shiny & neat as possible. We ask you to have washed & placed the dishes away, swept the floor & removed your rubbish. Don't forget to empty the toilet canister. If your vehicle breaks down during your hire, you must contact us, the owners and Camplify as soon as possible. You are not to leave the caravan and return home without it, in the event your car is unrepairable. The hirer is responsible of returning the caravan to us, the owners and any additional costs. Do not make any towing arrangements without discussing with us, the owners and Camplify first. If any damage occurs to the caravan while on hire, take a photo, send it to us, the owners, explain what happened and lodge it through the Camplify messenger chat we have with you. Any damage will be assessed on return of the caravan and sent to Camplify resolutions, to finalise damage costs owing. If the caravan is not returned back to us, the owners, on the agreed date, you will be charged the full daily rate until the caravan is returned.

Hiring rules

• PLEASE NOTE, THIS VAN IS NOT TO BE TAKEN OFF ROAD, only to be used on sealed roads with the exception of 2wd friendly direct access road to camp site
• 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• 2. No smoking inside or near doors & windows of van
• 3. No pets
• 4. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• 5. Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee, dirty toilet casset will incur a $100.00 cleaning fee
• 6. No freecamping.
• 7. Any damage must be reported immediately to us & Camplify– who, what, where and when will be required.
• 8. Minimum towing experience required

• 10. Brake controller requirements (hire available)
• 11. Towing mirror requirements (hire available)
• 12. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call us!
• 13. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise we may cancel it.

• Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

  We cannot recommend Steve and Megans van high enough! The service was great, no detail left out, when we needed assistance they were more than happy enough to help out. The Van fit perfectly for our little family over the Christmas break, with the 3 kids in the bunk and my partner and myself in the main bed! Plenty room for everyone!!

From the very first interaction, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the entire rental process seamless. The caravan itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. Steven and Megan provided us with all the essentials for our trip as the van was in immaculate condition. With extremely comfortable beds. Hiring the van was the best decision we made for a family week away Ill definitely be returning for our next adventure
