Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kristen 5.0The van was immaculate! Darren was lovely and went over and above what I had expected to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay, including making the effort to install the TV in case the kids wanted to watch it. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

Clive 5.0We had the van delivered to our selected site. When we arrived the van was sitting there waiting for us the owner driver set it all up, connected the power and water and had left. Frige was switched on and van hot water service was on. The van was like new and well presented. Cooking appliances , toaster, sandwhich maker, electric jug coffee machine were all new. The owner was co-operative and helpful in all dealings making our eater holiday a pleasant experience.
