Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jon 5.0Great van, everything worked and process was smooth.
Lois 4.8We used the van as a dormitory at an established campsite with all facilities on site, so we didnt use anything but the beds & the a/c in the van. It seemed well appointed, altho we didnt try anything out. Rachel was great to deal with.
