Special towing information
Your vehicle must be able to tow 3500kg legally. Caravan is equipped with D035 hitch, we can provide tow ball if required. Having an Anderson plug at the back is helpful for charging batteries while driving, but not a necessity. Towing Mirrors are required - available to hire, Electric brake controller can be provided if you don't have one. If you require to hire a tow vehicle, please send us an enquiry.

Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping in van
- Dishes to be cleaned and put away
- Inside of van to be swept out, cleaned and all surfaces wiped over
- Bins to be emptied
- Toilet emptied and cleaned if you haven't opted for the toilet cleaning package
- EXTENDED UNSEALED ROADS must be approved by owner in Camplify messages prior to your trip booking. Rock tamer mud flaps will be provided by us, and must be used at a cost of $200.00 per booking.
- THE ONLY UNSEALED ROADS PERMISSABLE ARE THOSE MAINTAINED BY LOCAL COUNCIL, STATE GOVERNMENT OR FARM STAY / WIKI CAMP ACCESS ROADS.
- NO 4WD TRACKS WITH THE CARAVAN. THIS INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRACKS LIKE OODNADATTA, SIMPSON DESERT, BIRDSVILLE, STRZELECKI, MADIGAN LINE, HAY RIVER TRACKS.
- For hires exceeding 1,500km a surcharge of $50.00 per 500km in 500km blocks.
- Van must be returned in the same condition as it was picked up, otherwise additional fees will apply.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
