Additional information
Air conditioner and power points only work on 240volt. Pick up and drop off Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm. To ensure the handover procedure flows as smooth as possible please note the following information; All campers & vans come with a 7 Pin Flat Plug and Electric Brakes, please make sure that your vehicle have "Electric Brakes Controller" fitted by Auto Electrician. We recommend that you have 50A Anderson plug installed on your car at the same time. To avoid unnecessary delays, we kindly ask to remove your tow-ball on your tow-bar’s tongue and ensure the tongue width does not exceed 75mm as it will not allow the hitch to correctly attach to the tongue if it’s wider than 75mm. D-shackles will be provided with your van. The shackles will be used to connect safety chains to your towbar and need to be rated at least 1500KG each for campers with ATM 3000KG or less but more than 2000KG.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
