- 🚫 Strictly No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted in or around the caravan at any time.
- 🚧 No OffRoad Travel – This caravan is not suited for offroad or unsealed roads. Travel is permitted only on sealed roads and wellmaintained caravan park access roads.
- 👤 Hirer Age Requirement – The primary hirer must be 25 years or older.
- 🌬 Awning Safety – The awning must be retracted in high winds or extreme weather to prevent damage.
- 🧼 Clean Return Policy – The caravan must be returned in the same clean condition as it was collected. A cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is required.
- 🚗 Minimum Towing Requirements – Your tow vehicle must have a 3tonne towing capacity to hire this caravan.
- 📢 Damage & Incident Reporting – Any damage or issues must be reported immediately to ensure prompt assistance and resolution.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

John aka Ioan 5.0Its a big van, you definitely feel it in the tow, but not as heavy as it looks. Kitted out with all you need, just bring your own chairs if you want a bit more comfort, as the camping chairs included in the van are the normal ones, not bad but not too comfy. The communication with the owners was amazing, and made half the experience worth it.
