Hiring rules
- No smoking permitted in or around the caravan
- Hirer to pay all damage insurance cover if taking can off road. If the van is damaged off road without notifying us prior to taking out the damage cover through Camplify the hirer will be held personally liable for the full replacement costs of the van inclusive of any out of pocket expenses incurred.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
