Additional information
Jessie is simple to use and set up, but there are a few things that will help your trip run smoothly: • Please allow a little extra time at pickup so I can run you through how to set up the awning, use the fridge, toilet and shower, and connect power/water. • Jessie is best suited to sealed roads and well-maintained gravel – no serious off-road tracks or river crossings please. • Tow vehicle must be legally rated to tow Jessie’s ATM and have a 7-pin plug (and brake controller if required). • Please treat her like your own: no smoking inside, wipe up spills, and empty/clean the toilet cassette before return. • If you’re ever unsure about anything during your trip, just call or message me – I’m happy to help so your holiday stays stress-free.
Hiring rules
- • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- • No smoking permitted in or around the caravan
- Hirer to pay all damage insurance cover if taking van off road. If the van is damaged off road without notifying us prior to taking out the damage cover through Camplify the hirer will be held personally liable for the full replacement costs of the van inclusive of any out of pocket expenses incurred.

- No more than 2 adults allowed per hire
- No festival hires

Pricing

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
