Please ensure you read the Hiring Rules Woodford Folk Festival - power and water site at Woodford Showgrounds only. This fifth wheeler has 3 slideouts to make holiday an incredibly spacious and comfortable experience with an extra bit of wow!! Enter into the most expansive lounge/dining/ kitchen area only a fifth wheeler can provide. You’ll be surprised at the amount of bench space in this kitchen complete with dishwasher, 285l fridge/freezer, gas cooktop/oven, microwave. Chill in front of the 42inch TV with sound bar or load up your own Netflix account. Turn on the air con or the gas heater to make it even more comfortable. If you like to eat outdoors or fancy a BBQ, Summer Life-Saver has a 6 metre awning with CGear ground mat, table, chairs and privacy screens. You’ll enjoy a private bedroom with queen size walk around bed, large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, 3 large drawers, shelf and mirror, under bed storage, air con. Separate ensuite with heated towel rails, full shower and toilet, washing machine, vacuum and mop. The lounge dining area can accommodate 2 king single stretchers. Comfy enough to sleep on or bring your own topper. Please note linen/sleeping bags are not provided for the stretchers. If you choose to go off grid, Summer life-SAVER can take you there. With 1200 watts of solar to charge the 200amp hour lithium battery and a 5000watt Victron inverter you’ll have plenty of power each day (dependent on weather of course!!) Ask us about the best way to manage available power versus usage. On board 240litre fresh water tank and 120 litre grey water tank adds to making your holiday clean and easy. All this info in one spot for you to check via the Victron GX Touch screen display – see photo. Of course Summer life-SAVER comes with all the usual camping / glamping / caravanning items. - Sleeping arrangements - 1 queen size bed, and moving aside the table and chairs it is possible to fit 2 king single stretchers for the kids/teens/extra adults – talk to us about this option. - NO PETS are allowed - Definitely NO SMOKING in the van or under the awning - Delivery is free within 100klms of Landsborough, Qld - Extra kilometres charged at $3.50 per kilometre - Van is 9.1m (30ft) long, external width 3.6m with slides out, 5.4m with the awning out. - Hirer must ensure to check with the caravan park or campground that this large fifth wheeler will fit the site ie 9.1m long and 3.8m high and 3.6m wide with slides out, ask about entry to park not just the site. - 3 days minimum hire - Minimum hirer age is 25years - Limited off road availability – talk to us about this option - ask about Woolies and BWS delivery so its all there when you arrive - the snags are ready and the beers are cold..

Hiring rules

  • must be 25 years of age or older
  • awning must be brought in prior to bad weather/hail storms and high winds. The awning is 6 metres long and 3.4 metres high and requires the use of a step ladder to setup/take down. The hirer must be willing and able bodied to use the provided step ladder to take down the awning supports and bring the awning in using the electric control. We will supply information on the procedure at booking confirmation.
  • the van and items in the van including BBQ, toilet and toilet cassette must be returned in a clean and hygienic condition.
  • Any damage or breakages however minor, must be reported to us as soon as possible. Hirer will be responsible for repair costs where appropriate.
  • Please DO NOT touch any of the slide out buttons. These are clearly labelled and have been set a maximum extension for your comfort and convenience. The lounge slide in particular has Alco caravan stabilisers positioned underneath it for additional weight support, these need to be removed prior to operating the slide. Please do not do this yourselves. We understand that accidents do happen and a button may be pressed or activated unintentionally. If this occurs don't panic just contact us and we will sort out what to do.
  • Service Fee is nonnegotiable.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    (10/10 easily the best weve had) We hired Dave and Mels caravan through Camplify and honestly this was hands down the best experience weve had. The caravan had everything you could think of and more. It already lists whats included, but when you actually get there, theres way more than expected. Things like washing detergent, dishwashing liquid, beers in the fridge and even a gift box full of goodies. That extra effort really stood out. Communication was 10/10 the whole way through. Dave and Mel made it super easy from start to finish. They had everything set up ready for us when we arrived and took the time to run us through everything step by step so we felt comfortable straight away. Pack down was just as smooth, they were right on time and handled everything. Service was honestly 110%. Couldnt fault a single thing. Highly recommend to anyone looking to hire a caravan you wont get better than this.

    Mel and Dave are exceptional hosts! Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. We were so grateful for the thoughtful extra touches they provided. The van itself was incredibly comfortable, with all the conveniences of home. It was quickly crowned the Taj Mahal of the caravan park, and we wouldnt hesitate to book again in the future.

    Thank you Dave and Mel for this beautiful spacious van! Both Dave and Mels communication was excellent throughout and they were very kind, friendly and helpful. We had the most wonderful holiday this was by far the best caravan experience we have ever had. The van was super clean and tidy everything was perfect and well equipped (even a dishwasher and washing machine!) with all that was needed to enjoy our week at Cotton Tree. Thanks again, amazing memories made!

Hi there Campers :)) Dave n I have been travelling full time for the last couple of years. It has been a laugh and a half at times and sometimes costly but the experiences we've had have brought us joy and a thirst for more. We've loved travelling in our fifth wheel and exploring our unique and varied country. It's big but it gets us everywhere we need to be in total comfort and style. We love camping in our tent as well so we've combined the two for those who like a bit more room and a bit more privacy from your fellow travelers. We've had our children and grandchildren travel with us as well as our beautiful big ginger fluffy cat - Marmalade, he is one well travelled cat. Dave and I would love you to bring your furry friend to enjoy the van - there's a pet door included just to show how much we care about them. :) The van has been out to the Big Red Bash in Birdsville, down to Tasmania, worn a groove in the Bruce Hwy to Mackay and everything in between. Our campsites have been many and varied - beachfronts, behind the pubs, caravan parks, house sits, showgrounds, roadsides, recreation grounds with the most interesting being beside a cemetery in the highlands of Tassie. We're back in our hometown for a short period of time so the van is yours to enjoy and provide a home while you explore another part of this country. cheers, happy and safe holidays.. Dave n Mel :))
