Additional information
We typically recommend early morning pickups and late drops to maximise your hire time, but we're flexible and happy to accommodate your schedule. If you're unsure about setting up the van on your own, don't worry! We provide links to YouTube videos and offer a thorough walkthrough during handover to ensure you're comfortable. You can contact us anytime through camplify should you need assistance. Alternatively, for delivery arrangements, we can handle the setup and pack-down for an additional fee, payable in cash on the day.
Hiring rules
- No Smoking or vaping within van or annexe
- Van is to be returned in clean condition.
- If damage occurs to van do not attempt to fix contact owners.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kerrie 4.3Talon was very helpful in setting up the van and helping out when the setup was not working. We were camped in very windy conditions and because of the canvas design of the van it was extremely noisy and impossible to sleep in. I would not recommend this van for a windy environment otherwise it is very spacious inside and has a quaint retro feel. Also, for my stay there was no running water in the van because the manual tap pump wasnt working, there was no dish detergent or dust pan and shovel. These are all small things but made our experience more difficult.

Vera 5.0Such a comfy van. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and it had everything we needed. We had a heap of rain and the van stayed dry. Aleecya was super helpful and accommodating. Great lil trip :)
