Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No motorbikes in back of van.
  • Return the van in the same condition it was taken.
  • Toilet cassette is to be emptied and cleaned.
  • Chemicals will be provided.
  • If Toilet cassette is not emptied & cleaned there will be a Cleaning Fee of $200.00.
  • Under NO circumstances is the AWNING to be used.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    It was a nice holiday. The caravan is very roomy, with plenty of sleeping areas. The rear door folds down with an added security fly screen. We towed it everywhere we went, and it was a solid and well-built caravan with excellent air conditioning. My standard MUX was sagging too much in the rear as the Van was too front-heavy. If I tow this Van next time, it would be better if I install rear adjustable shocks on my 4WD to help balance the load.
