Hiring rules
- Strictly No Smoking!! No use in OFF ROAD Settings or conditions.
- Hire Fee: $120.00 p/n, Minimum Hire 3 nights;
- Peak Rate (School Holidays) $150.00p/n, Minimum 3 nights;
- Peak Christmas/January Holidays (Mid December to Mid January) $150.00 (Minimum Hire 3 Nights);
- Excessive Cleaning and Trashed Equipment Fee $250.00 + Cost of Replacement.
- Cancellation:
- *Cancel prior to Ten (10) days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit and refunds available upon request (less admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 10 days and 48 hours before the start of the booking and receive a 90% Credit. Booking fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 48 Hours prior to the start of the booking will not be elligible for any credit or refund.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

The van was immaculately presented, and Carolyn took the extra time to make sure the coffee machine was well stocked, beds were made, and the van was lovely and cool after a long and hot day in the Dubbo sun. Nothing was too much hassle from set up to pack up. Thank you for the use of your van for the weekend and for being so easy going, professional and helpful.
