Hiring rules
- To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with our campervan, please adhere to the following guidelines.
- 1) Driving Restrictions:
- Offroad, beach, and extensive gravel road driving are prohibited.
- Driving on unsealed roads requires prior written approval via Camplify Messages before your trip begins.
- 2) Vehicle Use:
- Smoking inside the van is not permitted.
- Pets are allowed only upon prior application and approval.
- Attendance at festivals is not permitted with the van.
- 3) Vehicle Return:
- The van must be returned clean.
- If the portable toilet provided is used, it must be cleaned before return also, extra charge of AUD50
- 4) Damage and Incidents:
- Any damage must be reported immediately, including details of who was involved, what occurred, where it happened, and when it took place.
- If any engine warning lights activate, pull over immediately.
- In the event of an accident, move off the road safely, contact Camplify at 02 4075 2000 for roadside assistance instructions, and then inform me as the owner.
- 5) Booking and Payment:
- A deposit is required within 48 hours of booking approval; failure to pay may result in cancellation.
- A charge of AUD$0.50 per kilometer applies after exceeding 200 kilometers driven per day.
- Adherence to these terms ensures a positive experience for all.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Will 5.0We had a fantastic stay with Ahoyperfect for a relaxed weekend getaway. The van was simple, reliable, and exactly what we needed.
Kirsten 4.5Had a beautiful experience in this van - super super easy to drive- with the best turning circle, so really easy to park .. and smooth to drive . It was kitted out nicely and I loved the aesthetics .. the styling was nice and it was way to keep clean and intuitive to use Only thing- The overhead lights werent working But the end one was and Sara gave me an additional portable one to help and reassured me she would be getting them fixed. There were no normal plug outlets - more cigarette lighter ones Plus the sink was not really hooked up so I didnt use that .. Other than that, I had a great experience! It was very comfortable to sleep in and even though it was the beginning of winter and I was in the mountains I was able to keep it warm by putting the engine on and the heater on for a few minutes Which was completely sufficient to keep it toasty so I slept well at night. Thankyou Sara for a great van!
