Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great van for our east coast trip. Had everything we needed and was super comfy. There were no problems at all and communication with Kev was smooth. Would hire again!

    Everything was great! The van was very comfortable and everything worked perfectly, which made the trip really easy and enjoyable. Apo and Kevin were always very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

    DUNE the van exceeded my expectations and seriously upgraded my weekend camping in Wiseman's Ferry. Very much recommend hiring this van :) > Handover with Apo was so easy, she is lovely and gave me a very comprehensive tour of the van > very easy to drive + has great built in bluetooth for easy navigation and music, made the road trip a breeze > the bed is very comfortable > the fans helped a lot on hot days > tons of built in charging ports + internal lighting > the fridge + cooking set up was awesome convenience > the shower!! wow this was lovely > perfect for pulling up to a view and popping open the back I will definitely return for future travels. Thanks Apo!!
