Hiring rules

  • Strictly no smoking.
  • Caravan and hired equipment must be given a basic clean prior to return additional cleaning fee will be applied if returned dirty.
  • Awning is not to be used when windy and care must be taken when using.
  • Strictly no offroad use.
  • Hirer must have Full Drivers Licence and collect the van in person (with I.D).
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Duncan provided us with clear and concise instructions from the moment of hire. The caravan was fully equipped with everything you possibly need, plus more! I'd highly recommend hiring from Duncan.

    Duncan and the caravan were perfect for our family of four (two adults, two children). The van was fully stocked with extras, which was a pleasant surprise and helpful for the few small things we forgot to pack. I would 100% hire from Duncan again.

    We rented this van as extra accommodation when my family visited. Duncan was excellent to deal with and the van slept 5 very comfortably. Duncan provided mattress toppers for extra comfort and the bedding hire was excellent value. We would definitely use it again. Thank you Duncan!
