Caravan built for two adults only. Children could potentially be accommodated in their own swags or tents outside (not supplied). Perfect size for the novice caravan couple with its spacious interior design and only 19'6" length.

Special towing information

Caravan has a D35 trailer coupler fitted (makes towing easier & safer) and an appropriate pin mount receiver for your tow vehicle will be supplied. Ideally, I simply switch vehicle tow hitches but occasionally it is necessary to swap the hitch pins.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We really loved the van and enjoyed travelling in it for 2 weeks. We feel that the van is a great size for touring Tassie. Would not want it any larger though. The van towed beautifully and behaved well on the narrow Tassie roads. We were comfortable and warm in overnight temperatures that got down into the single digits. The A/C was used on a few occasions that it did get warmer. We would have liked to have the awning down on a couple of occasions, however we could not figure out how to perform the proceedure. Not a deal breaker. I would like to give a heads up to others with Toyota Land Cruisers and other vehicles with high hitch points, Take your own hitch reciever, This will keep the van more level when towing and safer.
