Please also note the following: - Towing Mirrors are supplied - Please ensure you check your tow connection prior to arriving for your handover and collection of the caravan. When the caravan is connected, if there are any issues with your tow connection, your handover will need to be rescheduled. PLEASE NOTE THE CARAVAN MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE INCLUDING THE AWNING AND TOILET OTHERWISE A CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

  We chose one of the windiest and wild weather weekends to go away for our first van hire experience, but the van held up well and kept us safe! We were looking forward to testing out all of the van's features as we are considering purchasing a van and unsure of what to get. Unfortunately, the fridge was not working, which we were told about when we picked up the van. We had an Engel so this was not too much of an issue. The gas bottles didn't have any gas in them so we couldn't use the cooktop and the hot water didn't work properly so we were unable to use the shower and had to boil the kettle to wash the dishes. The owners were unaware of these issues before hiring it out to us and were apologetic about it once we let them know. The van was clean and tidy and would suit short stay getaways.

  Thanks for your review Mary, just thought it worth mentioning that after you returned the van, we checked the faults out that you mentioned. We weighed the gas bottles and one was part full and the other full, so really not sure what was going on there. Not wishing to undermine your experience at all. We also tested the fridge and the hot water system and they are both working now. Again, not wanting to undermine your experience, the fridge wasn't working as far as we could tell when you picked-up the van, but just thought I'd respond.   A lovely van - very roomy and most importantly a comfy bed. Well equipt and stocked with all the necessary equipment and basic supplies. Will hire again :)

  Absolutely fantastic van, spotlessly clean , Jo and Steve were very informative at handover and always on hand if needed for any questions, great van to tow and very well equipped, highly recommend.

  Van was great for our getaway. Joanne and Steve were very helpful and accomodating. Everything went smoothly and appreciated using his towing cameras for the drive.
