‘A perfect condition New Age Road Owl Comfort Plus Pop top. Bought in 2022 the Road Owl is a glamourous 19-foot Caravan. The Road Owl really is perfect for a family or couples get-away and has all the extras and trimmings for a no fuss, relaxing glamping memory making adventure!
It sports a comfy queen sized bed and good sized double bunks.
Equally comfortable in a ‘van park or out in nature, our van sports a full sized ensuite with a separate toilet and shower, with an inbuilt hot water system, dinette, and a kitchen with a good sized four burner gas stove! A large 190L 3 way fridge ensues you’re always stocked up and there is even a reverse cycle A/C and microwave when you’re on main power!
Pick up for the van is Alkimos.
Also included is a smart TV/DVD, sound system and two 9kg gas bottles. A good sized roll out awning and roof mounted solar panel means you’ll always be comfortable!
It tows well and has sway control and electronic brakes.
As a New Age it has heaps of storage and is ideal for getting away as a family.

- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- DRIVE
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/
- NO Smoking inside the van please as we wish to keep it in the prestine condition for the benifit of holiday goers Thankyou.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
