***IMPORTANT OTHER INFO - MUST READ*** ( Van must be booked for pick-up and drop off on a week day not on weekends ) The van must not be taken off road - our insurance will not cover any accidental underbody damage caused from off road use. Your booking includes 24/7 NRMA roadside assistance. General minimum age to hire is 25, 21-24 can be approved - ask me how! ****THE SERVICE FEE**** The service fee covers replenishing stock and exterior cleaning. It does not cover vans that are covered in mud, dirt - particularly red dirt, sand or salt. An extra fee may be charged for excessive cleaning. It also does not cover emptying and cleaning out the toilet - this must be done prior to returning the van or us picking the van up - an extra fee WILL be charged if this is not taken care of. ****CAMPLIFY BOOKING FEE**** This booking fee covers insurance, a 24 hour customer helpline through Camplify, roadside assistance and peace of mind with handing over your hard earned money to a third party to take care of your bond etc.

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside van please
• Put away awning if to windy and also put away when going to bed just to be sure no damage, the most common thing to break on a van is the awning
• Aways walk around van make sure all legs are up and secure hatches are locked and windows are locked before transporting
• Please return van clean, I have supplied cleaning products to give you the opportunity to clean van and save the cost of a cleaning fee of $100.00 (just a quick wipe over and sweep and mop is fine )
• Wash your dishes etc. as this can attract ants and a cleaning fee $100.00 also
• Empty toilet at the caravan park before you leave, ask them where their dump waste station is they can point you in the right direction or google ( how to dump toilet waste ) their is a fee of $119.00 if not empty once again this will save you money on return of van.
• Do not gurney van at a car wash or use high water pressure this will cause damage, normal hose pressure is fine you will not be charged for dust on the outside of van so please don't gurney

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
