Hirers are asked to return the caravan in a tidy condition and ensure the toilet cassette and grey water are emptied before return. Hiring rules

  • Caravan Rules
  • To help us keep Miles & Memories in great condition for all guests, please observe the following:
  • • No smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
  • • The toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned before return or departure.
  • • Please return the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.
  • • Any damage, faults or incidents must be reported as soon as possible.
  • • Only approved drivers may tow the caravan.
  • • The caravan must not be taken offroad, on beaches, through water crossings, or on tracks unsuitable for caravans.
  • • Guests are responsible for ensuring the caravan is securely connected and operated in accordance with road rules and towing requirements.
  • • No parties, excessive noise or unlawful activities.
  • • Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
  • • All supplied equipment, keys and accessories must be returned with the caravan.
  • • Additional cleaning, repair or replacement costs may apply if the caravan is returned excessively dirty, damaged, or with the toilet cassette not emptied.
  • We ask all guests to treat Miles & Memories as if it were their own so it can be enjoyed by future travellers.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
