Towing mirrors must be used and can be supplied Electric Brake controller must be used, NOT provided. Pick up from 9am first day of hire and drop off by 4pm, but happy to negotiate for an agreed time. Please allow extra time for handover, 30min-1hr depending on your experience.

• Rental Guidelines
• 🚗 Experienced tow drivers with a preapproved towing vehicle only.
• 💨 In gusty conditions, the renter should confidently secure the awning. Guidance provided during the orientation. Weatherrelated damages can be expensive and challenging to fix. Stay alert!
• 🚭 STRICTLY No Smoking/Vaping. Pets are not allowed inside. No rugged terrains or beach drives without prior permission.
• 🎵 Festivals are a nogo for the caravan.
• 🧼 The RV should be returned clean, as initially provided. Heavyduty cleaning will incur additional charges.
• 🚻 The restroom facility, if utilized, should be cleaned thoroughly; else charges apply.
• ⏱️ Timely pickups and dropoffs as mutually agreed.
• 📆 Extended reservation rules during highdemand periods.
• 🚨 In emergencies, prioritize safety, inform us, then reach out to Camplify at 1300 416 133.
• ❗ Report any damages, however trivial. Immediate reporting with detailed info is essential.

  Tim delivered his fabulous caravan to Wheatsheaf, all ready and set up for our stay. Arrived with some lovely chocolates on the dining table. Fully equipped very cosy and comfy. Felt like a home away from home. From the bedding to the towels to the kitchen and cold fridge, to the en-suite, and the heating at night, we highly recommend this caravan. And Tim was very quick responding and a wonderful host. Do yourself a favour!
