Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great experience with this van, Jamie was responsive and easy to contact about delivery and collection details. Van is tidy and spacious, was a treat to have an en-suite for this trip! Only tip is that I would recommend you bring some microwave proof bowls and plates (if planning to use microwave) as the ones provided are plastic. Will rebook for next year!

    First time hiring a caravan and Jamie made the experience very re-assuring. Caravan was exactly what was described and not having to set up or pack up was a bonus! You can see over the years the caravan has had much love and travel time, a good deep clean wouldnt go a stray. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, and would recommend. Thanks, Jamie
