Hiring rules
- The van will be fully set up before arrival — no towing or setup required.
- Please ensure the campsite is accessible at the agreed delivery time.
- If the site number changes, let us know as soon as possible to avoid delays.
- Powered sites only
- Dogs are welcome 🐶
- Please keep pets off beds and seating.
- Any petrelated damage or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
- Please don’t move or adjust major fittings (beds, awning, stabilisers).
- Keep the van tidy during your stay.
- Let us know straight away if something isn’t working — small issues are much easier to fix early.
- In windy or stormy conditions, please do not adjust the awning.
- If severe weather is forecast, follow campground advice and contact us if unsure.
- No smoking inside the van.
- Please vacate the van by the agreed time.
- Remove all personal items & food items from fridge & cupboards.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

James 5.0Wildly Free - aka Disco Doug was amazing! The communication and service from Bec and her husband was amazing. We changed our mind with our bed arrangement and Bec came back and set up an additional bed which was amazing. Our family would highly recommend recommend Disco Doug and we have already booked the van next year. Thanks again Bec!!!
Shelby 5.0Could not recommend Bec and her van enough, she goes above and beyond for you. The van is very tidy and spacious. It has everything you need you just need to pack your clothes. We hired it over Easter and the attention to detail was special, Bec even included a platter of Easter eggs the kids loved it.
