This van was perfect for our family of 4. It was our first time using a caravan and Jamie talked us through everything really well. The kids (13 and 11yrs) fit in the bunks and the queen size bed was super comfy. The van includes all the basic kitchen utilities to save you packing them all and everything was clean and in perfect working order. Jamie was also very organised with working out drop off and pick up times of the van. I would definitely book this caravan again.

Expect great service from Jamie and Mellisa, they came through for my family with a late last minute booking. The trailer was comfortable, everything worked as it should and has more than what you need.

We have hired many vans and this can just isnt it! Its important for others to know this van has been VERY used and is not in the condition as presented in the photos. The van was also pretty dirty, drains full of long black hair that I had to pull out. The toilet smelt so badly we couldnt use it which was why we hired this van. We spent the first day cleaning the van and tried our best to clean the toilet but the toilet just smelt awful not matter what we did, so it was not used. The air conditioning is also not great, we cleaned the heavily soiled filter but it didnt make a whole lot of difference. The van sat at about 32 degrees during the day and trying to get a 1 year old to sleep in that heat was extremely hard. Was a huge damper on our holiday and have had no response from the owner in regard to the issues we experienced. Hopefully they take this review and it assists them in making changes for future hirers.

My wife, son and I had a really lovely time in Mel & Jamies van - Malibu. What a van! We had a week in Brunswick heads and we couldnt have been more happy with everything. First van we have hired since selling ours and the experience couldnt have been better. Thanks Mel & Jamie.
