The Aurora Chaser offers everyone their own unique Tassie experience. Extra options are available to add to your hire. For pricing on extras please contact us. Snorkels, goggles and fins Surfboard Stand up paddle board Body board Skimboard Hiking packs, tent and cooking gear Skateboard Longboard Complementary tea and Coffee provided. Two Taste of Tassie hamper local produce options available. Also offering additional grocery essentials catered to your dietary requirements; these can be arranged on request. Van comes supplied with all kitchen and cooking supplies - Cutlery, utensils and crockery - Double burner gas stove - Fry pan, saucepan, kettle, coffee plunger. - Cleaning equipment - 100 amp second battery all connected with a dc/dc inverter this runs power to - Fridge/freezer - Lights - x6 12v USB - x3 12v sockets - All linen and bedding is provided. Along with extra blanket, heated blanket and hot water bottles. - Porta toilet (available on request) Please note extra fee of $120.00 will be charged for use of toilet if not cleaned on return. - Portable Beach soul pump shower. - Van must be refueled with diesel on return or an extra fee of $50.00 will occur on top of refueling cost. - Fire blanket and extinguisher are kept in van. - First aid kit supplied - Uno and deck of cards Maps and tourist guides Aurora Chaser handbook *these items are property of the owner and must remain in the van. Hiring rules

• No smoking inside Van.
• Cooking only to be done outside the van, rear and side slide out benches available for cooking.
• Hot pan mats are provided.
• Van is to be retuned as clean as it was prior to hire inside and out. If the van is returned uncleaned a fee of $200.00 will be charged.
• If toilet is used it must be emptied at appropriate waste station and cleaned before returned. Or an extra fee of $150.00 will be applied.
• Van must be fully refuelled with Diesel on return or an extra fee of $100.00 will be charged on top of the extra diesel cost to refill.
• Long trips 200 km's a day is included in the booking, there will be a charge of .60c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance, this is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
• If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you on how to contact road assist team, then call us.
• If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• We offer flexible free drop off and pick up to Hobart International Airport and can also arrange city van dropoff and pickups for a small additional fee. Just message us for more information.
• Offroad/unsealed roads,
• unsealed roads that are well maintained and allow access into National Parks/camp sites under 10km are accepted and included in van insurance. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage
• If a hirer wishes to use unsealed roads other than specifed above they must be preapproved in writing to the owner through camplify messages prior to the trip to discuss which roads are suitable and the Camplify 'Off Road Checklist' must be completed and signed.
• If there is any evidence of offroad use without preapproval in Camplify messages to the owner then an additional offroad cleaning fee of $300.00 will be applied to clean the undercarriage of the van.
• If you receive a fine during your hire owner will be notified once hire is completed, you must take full responsibility to pay for the fine/infringement notice, owner will not be held accountable.
• Speed cameras do operate in Tasmania, the van drives very well so remember to stay focused and watch your speedo at all times.
• All linen and accessories that are present at start of hire must remain in van and remain property of owner.
• Be mindful of driving on rural roads in the day time but especially at night, there is a lot of wildlife in Tassie and you're bound to see some.
• Take care and enjoy every minute in Tassie.

  We had a great time travelling up the east coast of Tassie in this van. Drives really well, well equipped with everything you need, comfortable and clean. Ali and Rian were very communicative and would even give us a heads up when the aurora australis was visible. They were extremely accommodating in arranging pick up and drop off, and really pleasant to deal with, with great suggestions for places to check out. Thanks guys

  Ali and Rian are just the best for hiring a van to drive through Tasmania. Weve stayed the first night in their BnB, so we could freshly start our travels in the morning. Whenever we needed info or tips, they are there for you. The van is excactly what you need for a decent roadtrip, not to big and everything inside to camp of the grid. We felt very comfortable driving the van: well maintained and practical. They are located near the airport, so we could enjoy our trip to the maximum. Besides all that, they are great people that enjoy their guests to have a good time.
