Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ahmed 2.8Thanks again for the hire. I wanted to raise a couple of concerns regarding the condition of the van and the return process. Firstly, the van was not as described in terms of cleanliness. It was extremely dirty both inside and out upon pickup, which was disappointing. While we made the best of the situation and only used the van to sleep in (as cooking wasnt permitted), the condition fell well short of expectations based on the listing. On return, we gave the van a complimentary wash out of goodwill. During the handback, you repeatedly asked if we had taken it off-road we had not, and I had already provided the location we stayed at. You also mentioned a small mark (approx. 1cm) near the cabin entry, which I believe was already present at handover, as we did not load anything or use the area in a way that would cause damage. We were careful during our entire trip and used the van minimally. Id like to clarify that I do not accept responsibility for this mark, and I respectfully request that it not be pursued through insurance under my name. Please check any pre-hire photos or inspection notes, as I believe it will confirm this. Let me know if you need any further information from my side. Id prefer we resolve this amicably and fairly.
