Thanks again for the hire. I wanted to raise a couple of concerns regarding the condition of the van and the return process. Firstly, the van was not as described in terms of cleanliness. It was extremely dirty both inside and out upon pickup, which was disappointing. While we made the best of the situation and only used the van to sleep in (as cooking wasnt permitted), the condition fell well short of expectations based on the listing. On return, we gave the van a complimentary wash out of goodwill. During the handback, you repeatedly asked if we had taken it off-road we had not, and I had already provided the location we stayed at. You also mentioned a small mark (approx. 1cm) near the cabin entry, which I believe was already present at handover, as we did not load anything or use the area in a way that would cause damage. We were careful during our entire trip and used the van minimally. Id like to clarify that I do not accept responsibility for this mark, and I respectfully request that it not be pursued through insurance under my name. Please check any pre-hire photos or inspection notes, as I believe it will confirm this. Let me know if you need any further information from my side. Id prefer we resolve this amicably and fairly.

This Expanda was perfect for our family of 5. The van was delivered on time, and presented exactly as the pictures and description suggested. Communication with Alejandro was easy and responsive. I would recommend.

Great little van for our 3 week family road trip. Very easy to tow - barely noticed it behind our Patrol. Set up is relatively easy with gas supported pulls out beds and roof. Great van for young kids / co sleeping given the two queen size beds. Alejandro has a very well appointed van in terms of equipment, kitchen and cleaning items. Step by step instructions to help with most components of set up and pack up. Some of the finer 'tech' points of the van took getting used to i.e. getting the hot water running up to temp for dishes etc and fridge running properly when not plugged into mains or the car running. Some very handy youtube videos linked to the instruction manual supplied by Alejandro.

We had a great family holiday. Possibly need plastic cutlery for kids other than that everything was great.

Very new and comfortable, handover could have been a little bit quicker. Lovely to have our own shower and very spacious.
