Hiring rules

  • No smoking
  • Fuel tank must be full on return.
  • Van must be returned in the same condition it was picked up, including cleaning. Charges will apply if the van is returned dirty.
  • 10km maximum on unsealed roads these roads must be in good condition. Charges will apply if the van is returned with signs of excessive driving on unsealed roads.
  • Awning is NOT to be used when windy.
  • One way journeys considered, fee's apply.
  • Note: 200km included per day. We charge $0.30 per km in excess of the 200km per day. e.g. if you hire for 5 days, you have 1000km included in your hire. If you travel 1100 km, there will be an extra $30.00 charge.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We travelled for 5 weeks in Millie Bumble ticking off our bucket list for WA. The van was kitted out with everything we needed for our travels and there was plenty of room for all of our belongings. Chelsie was quick to respond to any issues we had on the road which helped keep interruption to travel at a minimum.

    Reliable van. Chelsie readily available. Travelled with my daughter to WA south coast. Amazing places. Table and chairs very handy. Didnt use awning due to winds.

    We really enjoyed our trip in the van down to Esperance for 2 weeks. Chelsie was a great owner, easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend!
