Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jade 3.5Had a fantastic time away! Steven was great easy to communicate with. Only downfall was van was dirty on arrival had to strip the beds before we could sleep in them. The fridge wasn't working and the awning was not in working condition.
