Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Bec 5.0Easy to set up with clear and friendly instructions provided at handover. All the creature comforts we needed for off grid camping - hot shower, water, outdoor cooking, fridge freezer and lots of battery. Plus we were able to bring our little dog with us. Michelle and Ash were relaxed and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Todd 4.5Great time away - van lost power first night but we had a generator so not an issue - gas bottles and water on empty but again we had our own so not an issue. No toilet/ shower/ hot water as advertised. Still had a great time loved how easy the opus 4 is and Michelle and ash are lovely to deal with.
