Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Monty 5.0Highly recommend this van. Was fantastic for our stay and the van easily accommodated 4 adults for the week. Michael was really good to communicate with and really appreciated the delivery and setup service too.
Samuel 5.0Outstanding! What a fantastic Caravan, perfectly suited for a family plus friends. 7 of us stayed in this Caravan without needing to even worry about putting on the additional annex. Temperatures ranged from 33-37 degrees and we were all kept very cool when required (if we werent by the lake or in the pool) thanks to the air conditioning unit. Expanding meal area allowed us to all eat together and use the compact kitchen. The Caravan was a breeze to setup and pack away. The tow was 4.5 hrs each way and the caravan was only me of the easiest to tow that Ive experienced at within its size range! Thank you Michael for sharing your Caravan with us!

Cristina 5.0The caravan we hired was fantastic. Practically brand new with plenty of storage, space and more importantly comfy beds (with mattress toppers supplied!). Can highly recommend this van, Michael was there to go through the van with us and explain how everything worked. Would highly recommend renting this van if you are looking for a van that is a step above the rest.
