Our Cubby House is fantastic because it is a home away from home ,comfortable Q bed and The table can convert to a single bed can sleep 2 children (The mattress is 150cm in length) please advise on booking ,or can be completely removed to accommodate your porta cot , cutlery,plates, bowls, mugs , all cooking equipment, kettle ,toaster ,microwave, air conditioning on power only! or a 12 v fan when not on power And for the winter months we have warm blankets and also a fan heater (when on power ,) The cubby house is set up for off grid camping has 3 solar panels,2 Batteries, 240 ltr water capacity Our van is so easy to tow and set up can be done is half and hour , then relax and enjoy We have included some games we like ( cards, Yahtzee, etc) also easy outdoor cooking with the Weber baby BBQ ,, This is complementary!(rare) But it must be left clean including cleaning the grease catcher underneath! Boil the kettle and rinse it off on grass , ! Not down the sink please 😩 We can supply a kids table and chairs free of charge please advise on booking We keep the same flat $$$ rate all year regardless of holidays (Xmas, Easter , public holidays) most vans do not !! We are happy to accept Festivals but please tick the “Clean van for me “ as they are very dusty and dirty and sometimes muddy!environments

Fully air conditioned , but a large 12 v fan supplied when not on 240 v Multiple 12v outlets for fan and charging phones , Tv is also 12v . Fan heater for warmth on power , but also warm blankets. Please advise if you are going off grid so we will have water tanks full And if you require the table converted into a bed for children or you would like the complementary kids picnic set??

Hiring rules

  • Pets inside on approval, by size and breed
  • NO smoking inside,
  • Toilet cartridge to be empty and cleaned unless the cleaning fee has been paid
  • **TOILET!!!***
  • If you overflow the toilet ( there is a red light indicator stop when is is lit or it will overflow) you will be charged for us to clean up the mess under the toilet where the cartridge is (not nice )
  • ( even if you have ticked Clean the van !!)
  • If booking for a festival please tick “clean the van for me”as they are always very dirty dusty environments
  • 😊 Enjoy but PLEASE respect

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We hired the Jayco Journey (Cubby House)van for our Easter camping trip and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication with the owners was fantastic, very friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. We met on site and were given a walkthrough which made everything simple and stress free. The van itself was incredibly well set up, clean and had everything you could think of including all the little kitchen extras that make a difference. We couldnt have asked for a better setup for our trip and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free camping experience.

    We had a great holiday , we travelled as far as Jervis bay NSW , the van was really comfortable and was easy to tow. Sharon and Mark were a pleasure to deal with , I highly recommend them .
