About The Family Comfort Camper: **Available for pick up/drop off outside business hours and anytime weekends** 😷 COVID 19 The van is disinfected thoroughly, cleaning supplies and hand wash provided. 🚐 Explore The Mid North Coast NSW - find the many hidden gems, free camp away from the masses along the Coast or in the bush. We would like our van to stay within 200kms of Port Macquarie. KITCHEN AND DINING - You can cook and eat inside or outside! - Inside and outside kitchen with a BBQ plate outside - Large Fridge + Freezer - Cookware, plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, utensils, tea, coffee and sugar. - Inside dining table, outdoor camping chairs and table available too. - Cleaning - hand wash, spray, detergent, bug spray, dustpan/brush + recycling, and waste tubs SLEEPING - Deluxe Queen Mattress - Linen upon request ($80.00 per booking) - pillows, cushions, cotton/flannelette sheets, doona, kitchen/bath towels. STORAGE - Plenty of storage to make life easier on your trip! LOCATION - Pick up in Thrumster, Port Macquarie NSW. Drop-off/pick-up available outside work hours on weekdays and anytime on weekends. EXTRAS - Ask for anything, I will likely be able to provide!

Hiring rules

• No smoking inside
• Pets only upon application
• No festivals
• Hirer age restrictions 25yrs+
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• RV must return cleaned or there is an option to pay a fee for cleaning.
• Standard pickup / dropoff times are after 4pm weekdays and any agreed time on weekends.
• Only basic cooking allowed inside the van using the exhaust fan. Seafood and oily foods to be cooked on outside kitchen.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• SERVICE FEE:
• The service fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, linen, gas, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $199.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'. If you breach these house rules, the fees will be recovered from your bond.
• Our van is maintained and kept in great condition, so please respect it. Use it and enjoy it but treat it like it's your own!
• Selftows are welcome, provided you have towing experience and a suitable tow vehicle. Alternatively, we can transport it to your chosen location, including setup and packdown.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Recently hired a van for a 2 week break, and the experience was fantastic! The van was delivered and fully set up at our chosen location, which made the entire process so convenient. No need to worry about setting up or packing downwe just arrived, and everything was ready for us to enjoy. The van itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-equipped. It had lots of space, kitchen essentials, and all the little touches that made our stay easy, like tea, coffee, outdoor furniture. As the van is an Expander - the bed mattresses fold when packed up so we always bring a mattress topper ourselves as we enjoy a super soft bed. The owner was very helpful, arriving on time, walking us through the setup, and ensuring we had everything we needed for an stress-free stay. Overall, it was the perfect way to experience outdoor luxury without the hassle of traditional camping. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient way to enjoy camping.

  This is the second time we have hired Meaghan's van and once again it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The Van has everything you could possibly need, is impeccably clean and maintained. We had the most wonderful family holiday. Meaghan and her husband Pisa are so lovely and the whole experience was a breeze, highly recommend.
