Hiring rules

  • • Must be over 25 years or older to hire.
  • • School holidays are a min 7 day bookings.
  • • NO SMOKING inside or near van awning
  • • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will
  • be required.
  • • NO OFFROAD
  • • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
  • • Toilet cartridge must be emptied and rinsed out or a $50.00 fee will occur.
  • • Limit cooking inside the van (use BBQ provided)
  • • Caravan must be left in the condition it was found/hired in. Any cleaning required will incur a
  • cleaning fee of $99.00
  • • No pets allowed
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
