Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van was clean and perfect for our small family, the pull out awning allowed us to enjoy time outside also. The bed was comfortable and appliances handy for general cooking. I would 100% hire Michaels caravan again.
