Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Then contact us through Camplify app.
• CLEANING: We will always ensure caravan is 100% clean inside and out prior to your hire. Please return the vehicle in the same condition as you collected. Clean oven, fridgefreezer, microwave. Thoroughly vacuum and thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, walls and roof with wipes. All dishes must be cleaned and returned where you found them. Outside clean must include awning (bird poop) Failure to return a clean van will result in an additional charge of $300.00.
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the vehicle and no candles or incense sticks inside caravan, additional cleaning fees will apply
• AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if the van is going to be left unattended. (Any damage will be the responsibility of the hirer and costs will incur)
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older and a photo of driving licensea will be taken.
• ROAD RESTRICTION: The caravan must only be driven on sealed roads and in compliance with all road laws and regulations.
• If you wish to take off road, please discuss with us before booking. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
• TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty on return or a cleaning fee will apply of $250.00.
• Minimum 7 night hire during school holidays.
• STORAGE: Please utilise cupboards in the van. Items not to be stored in the van including but not limited to heavy, large or sharp items ,wet items (place clothing in shower cubicle) and fishing gear. Bond deduction of $300.00 will apply if any of this isn't adhered to
• LINEN: MAttress protectors must remain on for the entire use of hire. Sheets must be put on before use of beds. Upper bunk is suitable for small children only.
• TOWING VEHICLE: must be within GCM requirements at all times and have towing mirrors.
• FRIDGE WHILE TOWING: OFF or on 12v mode only (no Gas)
• PETS: Sorry no pets allowed.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
