  Major breakdown and no replacement van available. Communication between owner and camplify was poor. Mechanic said damage to van was due to no maintenance prior to us renting the van. Holiday cut short and out a lot of money due to the van not being serviced

  The van suited our needs well. Enough room for our weekend away. We did not have powered site, so cannot comment on fridge etc as we didn't use that or the stove (took our own burner & cooked outside). Drove well.

  Didn't meet Bill but Craig was really good to deal with, second time hiring this van, a few small concerns we had were not sorted 2nd time around but we managed.

  Had everything we needed, the camper van drove well with no issues. Went up to Kalbarri and stopped in a few towns. Picking her up again on Jan 3 for 7 days down south. The booking process, pick up and return was really easy.

  Basics of van were fine, meaning it did not break down, it had one broken camp chair, not 2, so we could not sit outside when we stopped at night, there were two frozen chicken fillets in the freezer we discovered at the end of day 1, which sort of speak to the lack of cleaning between us and previous hirer, the only ignition key was very worn and would often jam in the ignition making us quite nervous to stop and lock the van to sight see in case it would not work next time, some of our trip placed us 300-500km away from help if that happened:( The daily rate was less than other firms so we do not want to be overly critical here) Will leave it there, suffice to say we would think twice before using camplfy again ( our owner was out of the country at the time and that may have contributed to the gaps we experienced) P&M
