  It was great. The van was really reliable. Bill was helpful and informative. Im really glad we went for this van. We had an amazing trip to Esperance, Albany and Margaret River.

  Mobile home was easy to drive, comfortable, clean and with no mechanical issues, Unfortunately, the awning on the side of the van was not working, however we were informed of this at the time of handover/pickup and was not a problem for us. The TV aerial (winding mechanism) needs fixing. We never used the on-board shower (as we were always in caravan parks), however the water pressure inside the van is not good. The hot water system itself works very well. Overall, we had a great time and can recommend the van.

  We had a wonderful time as a family of four on our Easter holiday. Our first time hiring a motorhome and we are seriously considering owning one ourselves. Being able to access food, clothes, even a nap when out and about exploring is a big flex, not to mention the ease of checking out of a caravan park without all the packing away hassles of a tent or camper. Lavinia was lovely and helpful and kind, cant fault her friendliness. There are a number of quirks the motorhome needs some TLC such as the ladder not hooking on securely to access upper double bed which can be a safety issue. I wouldnt necessarily go off grid with it in its current state due to some other issues such as the shower not completely draining despite us being on flat ground. Advise bringing your own electric kettle as the steam one provided takes at least 20 minutes to boil. We werent made aware of the toilets capacity or when it would need to be emptied which was problematic. If you are a taller person/couple you probably wont fit on the bed, the side against the wall is shorter as it buts against the sink bench so something to keep in mind. Outside annex is broken from previous hirer so a tent is provided under the bed but as we were with a family group travelling we didnt require anyway. Very noisy vehicle but upon return Lavinia resolved to have mechanical repairs seen to to fix this. Toilet paper wasnt provided but she was happy to transfer us some money to purchase some whilst travelling. Overall, despite its many quirks we had a great holiday in this motorhome, Lavinia was a lovely person to deal with and we have great memories as a family travelling up through WA together. The ability to nap on the go in beds for kids when out and about, or use the sink to wash things or prepare food is a blessing and joy. Would love to have another motorhome holiday in the future.
