Hiring rules
- Betty can be collected from Cowaramup. Alternatively, you choose, book and pay for a site within 100km's radius, and I will deliver and fully set up for your arrival. Simply arrive, relax, and enjoy.
- Strictly no smoking or candles/incense inside.
- We ask that all other cooking is done outside the van. A gas cooker can be provided free of charge if required. I’m open to pets on a case by case basis, please contact me to discuss further.
- Linen will include sheets, doonas covers and pillows on all bedding and 4 x bath towels. Washing included.
- Please leave the van clean and tidy and remove all rubbish. Cleaning products are provided under the kitchen sink to wipe benches, clean dishes, sink and sweep the floor.
- Please note: Betty's awning will be setup subject to favourable weather conditions
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Barry 5.0The lovely little caravan was all set up and ready for us when we arrived. It had all the comforts we needed and more. Towels and bedding were provided too as was an outdoor table and chairs. Hayley was very helpful and communicated well
