Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

He gave us great instructions on how to use everything in the vehicle. He gave us contact details and stayed in touch with us to give us help if we needed it. He cared very much that we had a good time and that his vehicle was equipped for our adventure. Would highly recommend and will be using Hans the next time we need to hire an off road vehicle
Jamie 4.3The van was great, very reliable for the Gibb River Road. Generously stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were three of us and it worked out great with the rooftop tent and a ground tent. The experience would have been even better if there was a short video about the vehicle or even a PDF. Would definitely rent from Hans again
