House Rules & Fees Fuel & Water Slothy comes to you with a full tank of diesel, a full water tank, and squeaky clean. We ask that he comes back the same way on fuel – water top-up is not required. Missing fuel: $2.80 per litre Cleaning We get it, camping is messy – that's half the fun. But we do expect Slothy back dust-free, mud-free, and basic-vacuumed (a quick run with a vacuum or a good shake-out of the mats does wonders). Standard cleaning fee: $120.00 AUD (covers the deeper clean we do between every hire) If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (think: mud everywhere, sand in every crevice, esky explosion), an additional cleaning fee may apply Linen Linen fee: $38.00 AUD (covers washing of blankets, pillowcases, etc.) – this is expected on every booking Smoking No smoking in the vehicle or tents – ever. We love a good campfire, but if smoke gets into the tents and lingers, an ozone treatment fee of $150.00 AUD applies to remove the smell properly. Damage Stuff happens – if something breaks or gets damaged, just let us know. We're not here to stress you out, but we do need to fix it up for the next adventurer. Honesty = no drama.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
