I.e. If the delivery destination is 100kms then the charge would be $400.00. - The fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. - Delivery is subject to the availability of drivers. 2. WHAT DOES THE CAMPLIFY BOOKING FEE COVER? - Comprehensive Insurance - Excess reduction fee applies. - Nationwide roadside assistance - 24 hour customer helpline 3. INSURANCE - All Caravans are comprehensively insured - The policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from off-road use. - The minimum age to tow our Caravans is 21. 4. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? - Basic Cleaning - Consumables. ** Note - We also have a tow vehicle please look for "pradloghini" the Prado in Kakadu we can supply & deliver pradloghini with your van hire at the applicable rate. Hiring rules
- No Smoking in the Caravan
- Report any damage to us, even if minor so we can make sure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire.
- Toilet must be emptied before it is returned to us unless you have paid the extra $400.00 for us to do it for you. Please note if the van comes back with full toilet cassette you will be charged $400.00.
- OFF ROAD
- NO OFF ROAD
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
- Basic Clean and Bedding washing is included. Please note : If an excessive cleaning is required please clean the van before returning or pay Cleaning Fee $99.00.
- EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS
- STOP & assess the situation & call us when it is safe to do so. We will assist you with what to do next. If we are unavailable call Camplify on 1300 416 133 to connect you through to NRMA roadside assist.
- PRICING & PAYMENTS:
- Deposits to be paid within 24hrs of Booking being Approved to secure required dates – If a deposit is Not paid the booking will be cancelled automatically.
- Final Payment 30 days before hire
- DELIVERY & COLLECTION
- Delivery anytime from 7am by appointment only. (contact us if you need earlier)
- Collection anytime before 5pm.
- Delivery & Collection is available all weekends and Public holidays. We are flexible with time as well.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
