* Towing Mirrors must be used & are available for hire (additional fee) * Driver/hirer to be over 25 years * The connector from Van to Vehicle is a 7/12 Pin Flat Plug. Adaptors available if required. * Caravan is fitted with Electronic Anti-Sway Stability Control for Safer Towing. This means it senses what the car and caravan is doing and adjusts automatically for a safer ride for you & your family. This can be additionally controlled by your phone by using a Bluetooth App (free to download) or the Remote Controller which will be supplied. * EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Hiring rules
- * No Smoking inside the caravan
- * The Van is not designed for Off Road Use, so we would prefer Bitumen/Sealed Roads only please.
- * Please look after the van as if it were your own, and report any damages (even if minor) that may occur.
- * No festivals
- * Pet damages will incur a fee
- * Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- * Toilet waste & Grey Water must be emptied before return fee will apply if returned dirty & not empty
- * General Cleaning Products are supplied for use Please return the van in the same clean condition as it was when you collected it to avoid cleaning fees
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
