Additional information
Pickup times are usually in the mornings between 7:00-8:30am due to work commitments or I can do afternoons between 3:00-6:00pm. Drop off is anytime before 7:00pm, contact prior with an ETA please. For Delivery bookings this will need to be discussed prior to the day.
Hiring rules
- No smoking in caravan
- Please treat our pride and joy like your own
- Delivery min charge $150.00
- Please advise Delivery location if selecting Deliver Option
- Please ensure a large site is booked for this van (total 9m tow length).
- van must be cleaned inside and out prior to return.
- $200.00 sanitation fee will be charged if toilet cassette is not empty/cleaned.
- up to $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if van is not cleaned on return.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mathew 5.0We had an amazing family holiday in this van. James was great dropping off and setting the van up for us. The van was spacious and had enough room for three kids in the bunkbeds We will hire through James again. It was a great experience.
Laura 5.0Reflecting on our two week holiday down the South Coast this van ticked every box! We had two young children and another baby on the way and the space in this van was perfect for us. The towing weight was a major pro as our car doesnt tow 3.5T. The van was fully equiped with everything we needed, extremely neat and tidy and James was an excellent communicator making pick up/drop off seamless. Would highly recommend James or any of his vans to hire if youre looking for an unreal caravanning holiday!
