The fridge should be left on at all times. The butane cooker can only be used outside of the van and the gas must be turned off after each use.

Hiring rules

• No offroad
• No smoking inside
• No festivals
• Please return the van with a full tank of Diesel
• The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Campervan must be returned cleaned or risk a fee
• Standard pickup can be from 6 am / dropoff times are no later than 7 pm
• SERVICE FEE
• Your service fee includes:
• Road tolls (up to 4 and then others will be charged to you)
• Restocking amenities/butane (butane & water is supplied and part of the service fee)
• Small breakages (the odd plate or cup, excessive loss will incur a fee)
• When using the van:
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where, and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.
• LONG TRIPS You're welcome to drive the van as far as you like however we ask you keep the 'per day limit' to 250kms. If you travel over 250kms you will be charged 40c per km. Please keep aware of border restrictions during COVID. If you are unable to cross back over the border, you will be charged per day until the van is returned to us.
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge of $99.00.
• COOKING GAS We will provide two cans of butane.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Hallie the hiace was well equipped and the solar system worked well. Fridge had large capacity which was super handy. Ethne was helpful and communicated well.

  Ethne was an incredibly helpful and informative host, who went above and beyond to make our trip as easy as possible. The van is also conveniently located close to Brisbane airport and Ethne was very accommodating of our flight times for pick up and drop off. The van itself is amazing! Professionally fit out with a very practical layout, clean, enjoyable to drive and has all the necessary cooking basics. We had a wonderful time and came away wanting a Hallie of of own! Highly recommend!
