General Information Optional Extra – LINEN PACK - $60.00 per booking. This includes sheets, doona & cover, four pillows for the main bed as well as sheets, doona and one pillow for each bunk bed. Four bath towels, one hand towel, and two tea towels. Chairs and camping mat for under awning provided at no expense. CARAVAN PICKUP/DROPOFF TIMES 8am – 3pm Monday – Sunday (subject to availability) Please advise your preferred pick and drop off times in your booking request. HANDOVER We will provide a full walk through and demonstration on how everything works on pickup. Please allow for time for this service if you are towing. A pre-recorded video is also available if you wish. 🚐DELIVERY/SET-UP OPTION🏖️ Enjoy the simplicity of your caravan adventure by having everything delivered & set up for you. We will also meet you onsite to provide a full handover. Delivery up to 200km from our base at Newport QLD 4020. If you need any further than this, please get in touch. The cost is calculated at $2.00 per km x 2 trips. (This may change due to the price of diesel ATM) The distance is calculated for drop off & collection. Eg: if the delivery is 100km, then the charge would be $400.00. Full set up & pack up of the caravan including levelling, stabiliser legs, power, gas, water, outdoor shower and toilet if needed, awning, table & chairs and outdoor mat. Delivery is subject to driver availability. Minimum $120.00 charge 🟨SERVICE FEE INCLUDES 🟨 Gas 2 x full fresh water 85L tanks Toilet chemicals, toilet paper x2 Basic kitchen supplies Cleaning supplies Pre hire & post hire check over Hand over / pick up lesson Outside van clean ** The service fee DOES NOT cover cleaning the inside of the van or emptying the chemical toilet - please select these additional extra’s if you would like these done for you** Hiring rules MINIMUM DAY HIRE OFF PEAK – MIN 2 DAY HIRE - $100.00 per day. PEAK – MIN 5 DAY HIRE - $120.00 per day (Qld School Holidays) PEAK - MIN 3 DAY HIRE - $120.00 per day. (Aust. Day Long W/End) CLEANING Please remove all rubbish and return the van in the same clean condition. If the van is not adequately cleaned - cleaning charges will apply. We have included cleaning items for your convenience, or you can select clean the van for me in extra's. Hirer must empty and wash the toilet cassette before returning or select clean the toilet for me in extra's. We are happy to assist with locations of dump points. If the cassette is over filled it will leak, and an extra cleaning charge of $300.00 will apply if this happens.

Hiring rules

• GENERAL
• No smoking inside or immediately near the caravan
• No loose items to be placed on the floor of the caravan, everything must be in a cupboard.
• Ensure the extra items loaded in the caravan are distributed evenly. (If you are not sure where to pack things please ask us)
• Sheets must be used on the beds even when using a sleeping bag. (This is to keep the mattress & mattress protector clean)
• In the very unlikely event that you run out of gas please note the bottles must be filled. NOT swap and go. Our bottles are extra heavy duty to withstand the outdoors and travelling.
• If they are swapped out, additional charges will apply to replace the bottle.
• Please review Camplify's hiring terms and conditions prior to booking.
• DAMAGE
• If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Even if it is minor this helps us get everything fixed or replaced for the next hire. Thank you for your honesty.
• To prevent damage please pack away the awning before bad weather arises and ensure all windows and roof hatches are closed.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had an amazing trip in this van and would highly recommend it! We hired it for two nights for a weekend getaway to Kenilworth and were so impressed with how clean, tidy, and comfortable it was.
