Hiring rules
- Here are some common hiring rules for you to consider:
- No offroad
- No smoking inside
- Pets only upon application MUST let me know if planning to bring a furry friend.
- Hirer age restriction: 21
- The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Van must return cleaned or risk a fee
- No cooking inside the van (use BBQ provided)
- No freecamping

- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- DRIVE
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price.
- You will be charged 30.c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within camplifys pre/post hire checklist
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- COOKING GAS Return FULL refilled from petrol stations with Elgas
- AWNING currently out of action (my apologies).
- OPEN TO LONG TERM HIRES Send me a message :)
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
