Hiring rules
- The campervan must be returned in the same clean condition as it was hired. This includes cleaning both the interior and exterior. The exterior should be washed (carwash), and the interior should be thoroughly cleaned, including all surfaces, floors, and any provided equipment (camping chairs, table...). Extra cleaning fees may apply if additional cleaning is needed.
- Hiring must be 21 years of age or older.
- Please return the van with full tank of DIESEL.
- There is a free KM day limit of 200km. Any additional km's over this allowance will be charged at the end of the booking at $0.00.5 per km.
- Smoking and vaping inside the van not allowed.
- Toll charges will be taken at the end of the booking.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kathleen 4.8Joozy was the best! It had everything we needed as well as being super comfortable. The bed was literally a dream. There was plenty of space and easy to drive too. Mario's comms were fast and he was lovely. The only thing was the blinds were not super block out so it was bright in the morning, but we bought our own car windscreen silver block outs for the front and back which helped! Highly recommend and good value for money
Sara 5.0We had an amazing experience renting Joozy The Campervan. The van was very clean when we picked it up. It felt fresh, organised, and ready for the trip, which made such a difference. Mario did a fantastic job with the handover. He took the time to explain everything in detail, made sure we felt confident using all the features, and answered all our questions. He also gave us great tips for driving the Great Ocean Road, ask for his Google Maps list! It really added value to our trip. The camper itself was incredibly comfortable. The bed was cosy, the layout was practical, and everything worked perfectly throughout the trip. It was very reliable, drove smoothly, and we never had any issues. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience.
Charlotte 4.5Mario is a super host and went out of his way to accomodate us. A big plus of this van is its sleeping mattress, which is very comfortable. Also, the van has many useful add-ons, including a portable shower, portable washing basin etc. Would recommend :)
