How to book To hire Ace please submit a booking enquiry via the Camplify Online System. To ensure your booking process is fast and efficient please include the following in the notes section when booking; - Age of hirer (Must be 21 or older). - Driving experience ie. class of license and years held. - Your travel plans - With this information provided we can approve your booking as soon as possible Essentials - An allowance of 200km per day is included per booking, additional km's travelled will be charged at 30cent/km payable upon return - Toll charges are included in the hire price - The fuel tank will be full at pick up and must be returned full (UNLEADED PETROL ONLY) - Linen is included (pillows, sheets, doona), please bring your own towels - We supply paper towel, washing up liquid and other cleaning items Pick up & drop off times - Weekday pick up and drop offs can be flexible and discussed at time of booking - Weekend pickup from 10am and and drop off by 3pm unless otherwise discussed Hiring rules - No smoking in the camper - No off road use including unsealed roads - Free camping is at the risk of the hirer - any fines incurred are at the hirers expense - Return all items in good condition - Ensure everything is clean on return - please sweep out floors, wipe down surfaces, tables, chairs, etc and ensure kitchen items, pots, pans, cups, camp stove, etc. and fridge are clean (cleaning items provided, $150.00 cleaning fee if van is not returned sufficiently clean) - Must have a full tank of unleaded petrol on return - Long distance travel is allowed at 200kms per day, excess kms will be charged at 30cents/km on return - Pets will be considered on request

  Ace is and older van, but a very comfortable experience! The fridge/battery depleted on a few cloudy days (as briefed/expected), but it stayed cold until the solar/battery recharged the next day. We camped in the middle of summer (mid January West of Brisbane) - with the magnetic fly screens and the large fan it kept us cool - we even needed the doona! A very easy manual vehicle to drive, so don't get deterred if you prefer an automatic. I will definitely recommend hiring Ace. Tim is very generous with the booking times with morning pickup and late drop off.

  We had a wonderful holiday exploring north and south of Brisbane in this very well equipped and characterful van. Tims communication was excellent and he was very accommodating, thank you so much!

  We had some amazing days in the van. Its beautiful and easy to drive, and Tim was very attentive the whole time for anything we needed. We will definitely rent it again and we totally recommend it to all our friends!
